Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Options & Payment

• Monthly Subscription (Yearly Commitment): 12 beautifully decorated sugar cookies per year, paid every 3 months.

• Quarterly Subscription: 12 beautifully decorated sugar cookies every 3 months, paid every 6 months.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Subscription: Non-cancellable for the first 3 months. After that, you may cancel with at least 30 days’ written notice.

• Quarterly Subscription: May be cancelled after 6 months with 30 days’ written notice.

3. Pick-Up Details

• All subscriptions are pick-up only from my home in south Denton, Texas.

• The exact pick-up address will be provided after your order is confirmed.

• Subscribers are responsible for collecting cookies within the designated pick-up window. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded or replaced. If you need to reschedule your pickup time, please contact us 24 hours in advance.

4. Allergy Notice

• Cookies are prepared in a kitchen that may contain common allergens, including dairy, nuts, gluten, and eggs.

• Best Day Ever Cookies is not liable for allergic reactions.

5. Missed Pick-Ups

• If you are unable to pick up your order, you may arrange for someone else to pick up on your behalf.

• Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for missed pick-ups.

6. Gift Subscriptions

• Subscriptions may be purchased as gifts. The recipient will follow the same terms outlined here.

7. Agreement

• By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
