Terms and Conditions
for Private Party

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your date.

• Final payment is due 5 days prior to the event.

• Reservations are confirmed only after deposit is received. 

• If preferred, guests can purchase their own tickets via bestdayevercookies.com. 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 5 days before the event may be rescheduled (subject to availability).

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If Best Day Ever Cookies must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. 

• If guests are purchasing their own tickets, if the required class minimum is not met, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

3. Party Details

• Parties include 4 or 6 cookies per guest, decorating supplies, instruction, etc. See FAQ for more details.

• Final guest count must be confirmed 3 days before the event.

• Additional guests beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.

4. Location & Setup

• For on-site parties at Best Day Ever Cookies, guests may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start.

• For off-site parties, the host is responsible for providing adequate tables, chairs, and access to water/electricity if required.

• Best Day Ever Cookies is not liable for damage to the host’s property during setup or event activities.

5. Food Safety & Allergies

• All cookies are prepared in a kitchen that may contain common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.).

• It is the host’s responsibility to inform guests of potential allergens.

• Best Day Ever Cookies is not responsible for allergic reactions.

6. Conduct & Supervision

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Best Day Ever Cookies reserves the right to end the event early if behavior is unsafe or disruptive.

7. Photography & Marketing

• Best Day Ever Cookies may take photos during the event for promotional purposes unless the host requests otherwise in writing before the party.

8. Liability Waiver

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

• Best Day Ever Cookies is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage that occur during the event.

9. Clean-Up

• For off-site parties, Best Day Ever Cookies will remove all decorating supplies provided. The host is responsible for disposing of food and trash not supplied by us.

10. Agreement

• By booking a private cookie decorating party, the host agrees to these terms and conditions.
